The Maker Squad currently ships within the United States. Local pickup may also be available by arrangement for customers near Salem, Oregon.

Production and Lead Times

Custom projects require production time before they are ready to ship.

Production begins after the project has been approved, required information has been received, and any required payment or deposit has been completed.

Most initial quote requests are reviewed within approximately two business days.

The production schedule for the actual item will be included in or discussed as part of your quote.

Estimated completion dates may change if project requirements change, customer approval is delayed, special materials must be ordered, equipment issues occur, or other circumstances affect production.

We will communicate with you if a significant delay is expected.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs will be included in or added to your project quote or invoice before your order is finalized.

Shipping cost can vary depending on the size, weight, value, and packaging requirements of the finished product.

Fragile, unusually shaped, oversized, or high-value items may require special packaging or handling.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are subject to the carrier's network and may be affected by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other conditions outside our control.

If a shipment appears to be lost or damaged, contact us and we will help review the situation with the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before approving or paying for your order.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Local Pickup

Local pickup near Salem, Oregon may be available for some projects by prior arrangement.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. Pickup location and instructions will be provided directly to you when the project is completed.

Project-Specific Arrangements

Some custom projects may require special delivery, packaging, or pickup arrangements. Any shipping or pickup terms included in your approved quote take precedence over this general Shipping Policy.
